In the role of construction project manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and driving our construction projects of varying sizes. You will work closely with our architects and project managers and have a central role on construction sites to ensure quality, time, and budget.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Several years of experience in construction production and project management
• Relevant education in construction
• Experience with customer contact and independently managing projects
• BAS-U and BAS-P certifications
• Driver's license (B) and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• In addition to the Office suite, we work with Dalux, Infobric, and ArchiCAD

You are updated on the latest construction legislation, driven to lead projects forward, and have a good ability to build and maintain relationships – both with clients and consultants and other partners.
